In this workshop, we will explore some of the basics working with Silver Metal Clay, but if you have taken one of our silver classes before, you'll be more comfortable with this project. We will create a bracelet using sterling Silver Metal Clay. Through a process similar to working with clay and pottery, we will roll out clay, texture it and create the patterned bar. The piece will be finished with a "button". After being fired at DinsDesigns studio for 2 hours in a kiln at 1650°, this clay is 95% pure silver! On the second day, we will finish our fired pieces and then string the leather cord onto the piece a n d use sterling silver wire to finish it into a bracelet in your size.
