Seeing with your Photographic Eye

Do you see the world through a viewfinder? If photography is your passion this course will help you gain a better understanding of your craft. There is no tool more important than the eye of a photographer and this four week course will help you identify, understand, and develop yours. Through creative exercises, critiques and plenty of introspection we will unlock the intuitive voice that calls the camera to attention and help you reveal its vision. We will analyze and dissect your work to get to the heart of your creative process and help you find your voice as a photographer. Get ready to stretch your creative muscles. All ages and experience levels are welcome.

Educator Justin Key

Justin Key is a fine art photographer specializing in nature photography. His work seeks to utilize the elegant details of the landscape to capture the peace and serenity that he experiences in the outdoors. Justin bought his first camera at the age of twelve and carried that passion through college, graduating from Northern Michigan University with a photography degree. A native and current resident of Green Bay, Justin spent ten years living in Colorado developing his eye. His belief is that the eye is the most valuable tool that photographers possess and understanding that creative voice is how photographers breathe life into their work. While he is focused on nature he has years of experience in sports, wedding, portrait, event, commercial, and documentary photography.
