FALL SEMESTER SESSION 1: THE WEEK OF September 21-January 16th and 17th SHOWCASE at APPLETON WEST HIGH SCHOOL (Times TBD after week 2)--Join KidStage for weekly acting classes and be cast in this thrilling and exciting Trolls JR. is based on the irreverent DreamWorks Animation movie franchise and features a colorful, wondrous world populated by hilariously unforgettable characters. The show follows the overly optimistic Trolls, constantly with a song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have Trolls in their stomach.

The Troll thespians in Poppy’s company live by their motto: the show must go on. But when a tyrannical foreign emissary arrives in Bergenland, expectations are raised, forcing the Trolls to totally rework their show or risk being served up in the name of diplomacy by a Chef rehired and out for revenge. Join us and this fun filled classic—parts for all ages—5-13 yr olds.

All KidStage classes at the Museum will host regular weekly classes in the Li Hu Room from 6-7pm and all casts will perform one dress rehearsal and one performance at Appleton West High School Auditorium at the Beauty and the Beast Showcase June 6/7 weekend. (Specific Date and time TBD after week 2 casting.)

KidStage is an after-school drama program which involves acting classes, theatre activities and performance opportunities for kids of all ages. KidStage has held classes in the Fox Valley for 24 years and has had thousands of Fox Valley kids learn and grow with us!

The curriculum includes concentration, teamwork, improvisation, movement, voice, theatre terminology, and much more.

At the end of each session, KidStage Kids have the opportunity to perform in a production. Kids can work on stage or behind-the-scenes. Everyone has the opportunity to participate—no one will be left out of the performance!
