Tell the tale of Belle, a bright bookworm in a French village, who trades her freedom to save her inventor father, Maurice, from a monstrous Beast. The Beast, a cursed prince whose enchantment can only be broken when he learns to love and receives love in return. While Belle and the castle's enchanted servants (like Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts) slowly bond and form a friendship, the villainous Gaston schemes to marry Belle. This classic tale provides plenty of opportunities for actors of all ages 5-13 yr.
All KidStage classes at the Museum will host regular weekly classes in the Li Hu Room from 6-7pm and all casts will perform one dress rehearsal and one performance at Appleton West High School Auditorium at the Beauty and the Beast Showcase June 6/7 weekend. (Specific Date and time TBD after week 2 casting.)
A Trout Museum of Art Friend Level Membership is included with registration.
